Job Description
In this medical writing internship, the Medical Writer Intern will gain practical experience in evidence-based healthcare communications, scientific storytelling, source evaluation, and collaborative medical-strategy workflows. The role includes supporting the Medical Supervisor with medical strategy, scientific content writing, research, bibliographic research, writing various materials, and attending internal and client meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have Health Science Degree (Biology, Biotechnology, etc.)
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
- Availability for at least 6 months
- Internship agreement with university (convenio de prácticas)
Medical Writing Internship Responsibilities
- Bibliographic research
- Writing materials (including slide decks, monographs, abstracts, posters, patient information documents, etc.)
- Scientific content review
- Internal and client meeting attendance
- Provide full reference sets
- Provide scientific internal trainings
- Collaboration in medical strategy
- Reference management database
