Operations Associate Job- Role:
As an Operations Associate, you will be part of the Technical Operations team, executing manufacturing and production tasks that adhere to strict cGMP standards. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, autologous CAR-T cell therapy products and ensuring the integrity, compliance, and safety of every process step. This is an onsite position based in Raritan, NJ, ideal for professionals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced biotech manufacturing environment.
Biotech Jobs- Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing procedures and scheduled operations in a cGMP cleanroom setting.
- Independently execute tasks related to cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation.
- Document all processes following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Support and improve manufacturing processes by contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle and process human-derived materials safely and accurately.
- Prepare reagents, maintain materials inventory, and ensure production readiness.
- Participate in audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality objectives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace in alignment with company safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:

HS Diploma with 3–5 years of Biotech/Pharma experience OR

Associate’s Degree in Life Sciences/Manufacturing with 2–3 years of experience OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

- Working knowledge of cGMP operations, bioprocessing, and aseptic techniques.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform gowning procedures for cleanroom access.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environments.
