Elibgility Criteria:
A master’s in food science, chemistry, physico-chemistry or biochemistry, or bachelors in the related areas with industry experience, knowledge of interfacial and emulsion technology a plus. In addition, the candidate should have:

- Ability to leverage technology from other applications/industries
The candidate will be required to
- Work independently to conduct research on emulsions and bubbles.
- Collaborate with other internal innovation teams to impart interfacial science aspects in research activities (examples – Sugar reduction, equipment design)
- Conduct experiments with various tensiometer and perform lab and pilot-scale emulsion and foam testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop critical business solutions.
- Design and carry out hypothesis-based experiments to enable product innovation
