As the Manufacturing Microbiologist Manager in you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Site’s Microbiological control program in compliance with company and government regulations. In this role you will be keeping microbiological systems operating, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. The lab environment includes testing multiple types of liquids, including high-density liquids and low-density liquids for our Fabric Care products (Tide brand for example).

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance / Control
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practice
- Must wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or other degree with relevant quality and/or manufacturing experience
- Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English, specifically with reading and writing procedures and reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year hand on experience in a specific Microbiological Environment
- Experience with Self-Improvement/Continuous Improvement Programs
- Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing of consumer product
- An understanding of how quality is integrated into the initiative process, supply chains, and manufacturing operations
As the Manufacturing Microbiologist Manager, you will own:
- Manufacturing microbiological risk assessments across several technologies and systems within the site
- Regulatory & Compliance – based on risk profile, understand, coach, and execute clean design compliance with industry quality standards, cGMP requirements, P&G quality systems, and applicable P&G SOP’s
- Initiative and New Project support – validations, new formulation start-ups, and changes
