Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide effective guidance, mentorship, and support to production partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Focus on maximizing operational efficiencies and consistently achieving established production goals.
- Manufacturing Operations: Proactively identify opportunities for waste reduction throughout the production process and actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Compliance: Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure all customer requirements are consistently met and that all production activities adhere to relevant regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership or relevant manufacturing experience is required.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate seamlessly with team members at all levels.
