Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support Program Directors and Global Project Managers with various project and administrative functions to ensure timely project execution and adherence to Celerion’s processes and tracking systems. This role is essential in facilitating the smooth operation of clinical studies and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Project Coordinator Jobs – Key Responsibilities
- Assist Program Directors and Global Project Managers with study preparations, maintenance, and closeout activities.
- Coordinate study meetings, including booking conference rooms, managing visitor logistics, and preparing agendas.
- Create and edit documents and presentations, ensuring high-quality meeting minutes are generated.
- Monitor and maintain tracking tools and clinical systems utilized for project management.
- Support tracking of action items and facilitate internal team follow-ups.
- Serve as account backup for assigned accounts.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Project Coordinator Jobs
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Post-high school education in life sciences or medical training preferred.
- Experience in clinical research, specifically early-phase clinical studies, is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Veeva is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
