• Pay Range: $65,800–$105,200 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.

• Conduct and lead deviation status meetings and maintain monthly trending.

• Participate in internal and external audits.

• Provide quality oversight for new product introductions as a primary quality contact.

• Review batch records for accuracy and completeness under GMP guidelines.

• Develop, review, and approve SOPs, manufacturing, and technical transfer documents.

• Collaborate closely with production and laboratory teams to ensure communication on quality-related issues.

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives for quality systems.

Educational Requirements for QA Job Role:

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc.) or Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related fields)

  • 5+ years of QA and/or QC experience

                                                             OR

• • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 2+ years of QA/QC experience

Preferred Qualifications for QA Job Role:

• Experience and knowledge of ICH Q7 and API manufacturing processes.

• Hands-on experience with TrackWise, SAP, and MS Office applications.

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Skills Required for QA Job Role:

• In-depth understanding of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and technical documentation.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead quality improvement projects.
