Quality Assurance Internship Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Intern, the successful candidate will support documentation and archiving activities across the QA Specialist teams, help prepare records used during the batch release process, and gain exposure to quality audits, inspections, and day-to-day quality operations. This Quality Assurance Internship is ideal for a Life Sciences student who is organized, curious, and eager to understand how Quality Assurance functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, review, and archiving of Quality Assurance documentation.
- Upload batch release documentation to internal systems and support the associated archiving activities.
- Help maintain well-organized records and working areas in line with quality and 5S standards.
- Support monthly quality audit walkthroughs and preparation activities for GMP audits and inspections.
- Participate in daily and weekly Quality team meetings, gaining exposure to how day-to-day quality operations are managed.
- Work in line with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and site safety expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Quality and other departments while contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Quality Assurance Internship
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences and returning to university after completing the internship.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and in developing knowledge of Quality Assurance.
- Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
- Confidence using computers and an ability to learn new systems and digital tools.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative as knowledge develops.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
Salary Range: EUR 27,200.00 – 36,266.66
