About the Role
As a Quality Product Specialist at Ferrero, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include conducting inspections, monitoring critical control points, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Monitor food safety programs like GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
- Conduct environmental swabbing and microbiological sampling.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, results, and corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and prepare for third-party inspections.
- Monitor and analyze product quality data and trends.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and other quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation & Benefits Of Quality Assurance Specialist
The base salary range for this Quality Assurance Specialist role is $50,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
