Job Description
This Analytical Assistant vacancy will play a vital role in supporting the research and development functions at Reckitt. The position involves working with a team of skilled professionals to enhance and develop existing products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will gain exposure to various disciplines within R&D, contributing to innovative solutions and product enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day to day analytical testing in conformance with all relevant safety and quality requirements.
- Take ownership of allocated activities and projects within the category innovation pipeline, working in close partnership with R&D capability teams
- Ensure compliance with regulations, quality and health and safety requirements for all analytical activities and team members
- Support the analytical feasibility stage of product development cycle for all agreed projects through to factory scale up working with the cross functional teams
- Communicate issues effectively and appropriately to ensure timely resolution with all relevant parties whilst maintaining the positive image of Reckitt and Category GI team

Contribute to the development, evaluation, and optimisation of formulations, helping to deliver project milestones to agreed timelines
Eligibility Criteria Required For Analytical Assistant vacancy
- Science background suitable for R&D analytical support.
- Degree level qualification, preferably in a BioChem or Life Sciences discipline
- Knowledge and understanding of HPLC within a laboratory environment.
- Experience of working within a laboratory in an analytical capacity
- Previous experience supporting formulation development activities would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- High level of accuracy in working practices with close attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous
- Ability to build strong networks across cross functional teams
- Comfortable working independently and partnering with cross functional teams
