Position: Regulatory Affairs Intern

Location: Indianapolis – RayzeBio – IN

Position Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Intern will support the Regulatory Affairs team in preparing documentation, tracking submissions, and assisting with project coordination. This internship offers firsthand exposure to regulatory processes in the pharmaceutical industry within a dynamic cross-functional environment. The full-time internship will be held from June to August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will:

  • Assist in preparing and formatting regulatory submission documents (IND, CTA, briefing packages).

  • Maintain submission trackers and organize document repositories.

  • Support project timelines, task lists, and team meeting follow-ups.

  • Draft internal communications and updates for regulatory teams.

  • Conduct literature reviews and gather regulatory intelligence.

  • Summarize FDA/EMA guidance updates and monitor compliance changes.

Candidate Profile
