Job Description
The CRA Job at Precision for Medicine involves monitoring and managing the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites. They will ensure that studies are conducted according to protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating activities necessary for study setup and monitoring, such as identifying investigators and preparing regulatory submissions.
Remote Clinical Research Associate Job – Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
- Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate activities for study setup and monitoring.
- Identify potential study risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare for investigator meetings, site visits, and project team updates.
- Handle conflicts using effective resolution strategies.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Remote Clinical Research Associate Job
Minimum Required:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- At least 6 months of experience as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Other Required:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Client-focused approach.
- Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays (up to 50-60%).
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience in oncology.
Preferred:
- Experience with study start-up activities.
- Experience with CAR-T or FIH studies – phase III.
- Experience with medical devices.
