Experience: Minimum of 2 years full-time microbiological laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment
About the Role
The Microbiologist at Reckitt is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of output in compliance with Good Laboratory & Documentation Practices, supporting consumer quality and customer service performance within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and monitor personal development plans.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Support wider QC operations and continuous improvement.

US Salary Ranges
$72,000.00 – $108,000.00
