About the job

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Research Associate within our immunology and large molecule bioanalytical chemistry group. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proven track record of independent work, as well as teamwork proficiency. This role involves contributing to multiple immunology, molecular, and infectious disease research projects in BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in experimental design, assay development, and sample analysis
  • Maintaining continuous cell cultures and laboratory equipment
  • Analyzing data and reporting findings
  • Leading scientific projects and guiding staff

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a Master’s degree in immunology, molecular biology, microbiology, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in laboratory procedures, data analysis, and Good Laboratory Practice Guidelines is essential. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are required.

Physical Requirements
