Job Description
Labcorp is seeking an Intern โ Research & Development โ Molecular as part of its 2026 Global Internship Program in Westborough, Massachusetts. This 11-week, full-time internship is designed to give students hands-on laboratory training, professional growth opportunities, and direct exposure to Labcorpโs innovative research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of a senior scientist on molecular testing projects.
- Document experiments in detail using a laboratory notebook.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and data discussions.
- Present accomplishments to cross-disciplinary scientists and senior management.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- Rising Juniors or Seniors graduating between December 2026 and June 2028 preferred.
- Completed at least one year of biological sciences coursework (with lab experience) and earned a grade B or higher.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn.
- No prior research experience required. Must commit full-time to the program.
