Description & Requirements:
The Hacohen Lab at The Broad Institute is seeking a Scientist I to contribute to the development of novel antibody discovery and engineering technologies for cancer immunology research.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a program targeting cancer antigens.
- Conduct tissue culture and flow cytometry experiments to investigate immune synapse activation.
- Construct, validate, and manage plasmids for the construction of antibodies.
- Perform antibody purification and quality controls.
- Conduct biochemical and cell-based assays to evaluate antibody performance.
- Contribute to manuscript preparation and grant writing.
Requirements:
- PhD in life science or bioengineering field.
- Strong analytical skills and critical scientific thinking.
