2023 Summer Intern – Peptide Therapeutics. They have an opportunity for a talented Intern to join our efforts to explore the development of new therapeutic modalities within the Peptide Therapeutic Department, interested in bio-production and characterizations of Disulfide Constrained Peptides (DCPs).

Preferred majors: Chemistry, Chemical Biology or Analytical Chemistry
Other Qualifications

- Practical experience with HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.
- Previous experiences working with peptides is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Purify selected DCPs generated by recombinant expression in E.coli
- Compare the chromatographic profiles with synthetic DCPs
- Investigate disulfide connectivity with advanced mass spectrometry methods (Top-down or Bottom-Up) including sample preparation optimization such as reductive alkylation.
- Program Highlights
- Intensive 12-weeks, full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
- Program start dates are in May and June 2023.
