• Delivers daily/weekly targets in a high-throughput cloning lab
• Plans and executes experiments independently base
• Operates various automation equipment – demonstrates technical savvy
• Works within automated processes
• Oversees automated processes to head off potential issues to ensure viable outputs
• Data collection, analytics and quality control of outputs
• Adheres to established protocols and good laboratory/greenhouse practice techniques for safety and ISO purposes
• Collaborates work/resources with peers and stakeholders within a large team
• Quality control through all processes/projects
