About the Job
The Senior Associate Scientist will be part of the Global Drug Product Development and Manufacturing organization at Sanofi. This role involves supporting the formulation and process development of biologic drug products, playing a critical role in accelerating progress and positively impacting patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Execution of formulation, process development, and stability studies for liquid and lyophilized products.
- Analyze and present data to drive decision-making for drug development programs.
- Support laboratory management and safety programs and implement new work processes.
- Utilize good documentation practices for maintaining electronic lab notebook entries and technical reports.
- Support technological application development and implementation.
About You
- Experience with analytical and biophysical characterization techniques.
- Ability to learn new skills, team-oriented, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
- Education: Master’s degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, chemical or protein engineering, or related field -OR- bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience
