Job Description
- Performing technical and analytical tasks in a state-of-the-art laboratory
- Conducting cell culture experiments, data analysis, and result documentation
- Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
- Ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures
Protein Expression Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cell culture experiments and protein expression
- Operating bioreactors, centrifuges, and preparing buffers
Protein Purification Duties:
- Purifying mammalian recombinant proteins using various chromatography methods
- Formulating purification schemes and documenting experiment records
- Using Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques for protein assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant scientific discipline
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
