Job Summary
We are seeking a Scientific Associate for our Clinical Pathology Team at our Safety Assessment site located in Ashland, OH.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform and document lab procedures, materials, and results per SOPs and regulatory standards.

Assist in investigations, assay troubleshooting, SOP updates, and quality observations.

Develop critical thinking and time management aligned with lab operations.

Review and approve scientific data and deviations, with oversight.

Support method development, validation, and study protocol generation.

Collaborate with internal teams and external clients for timely communication and project updates.

Participate in system qualifications, serve as a mentor, and provide technical guidance.

Attend training and scientific conferences to enhance expertise.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelorโs degree in a scientific field strongly preferred; Associate degree minimum.

Experience: 3โ5 years in a lab setting, with 1 year in contract research or pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Certification (Preferred): MLT, MT, or MLS
