Scientist Jobs at Genentech- Key Responsibilities
As part of the Cell Banking team, you will:
- Conduct and analyze experiments to enhance process robustness and productivity.
- Implement engineering projects to improve safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing data for discrepancies and investigations.
- Support regulatory filings, inspections, and GMP operations.
- Create, review, and manage risk assessments, change records, and quality documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with cell culture process development or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of safety principles, quality systems, and cGMP regulations.
- Skilled in experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary & Compensation
- Salary Range (California): $68,500 โ $107,690 per year
- Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
- Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
