Position Overview:
The Clinical Research Associate at Thermo Fisher Scientific is responsible for performing and coordinating various aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process. This includes conducting on-site and remote visits to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, managing sponsor guidelines, and building strong relationships with investigational sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor investigator sites with a risk-based approach
- Ensure data accuracy and document observations
- Complete the required essential documents and conduct file reviews
- Facilitate effective communication between sites and project teams
- Participate in the investigator payment process and trial close-out
- Contribute to project team activities and process improvement initiatives
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field and at least 2-3 years of clinical monitoring experience or equivalent. Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of ICH GCPs are required.
