Job Summary:
Medpace is a leading CRO for Biotech companies and are currently seeking candidates with PhDs and/or Post-Doctoral Research experience related to Oncology, Hematology, and Radiopharm for a full-time, office-based Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) to join our Clinical Trial Management team. The aCTM will be a part of the Clinical Trial Management team and support Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers in performance of project management activities. Candidate must have a desire to transfer and apply analytical and academic skills in clinical project administration and management.

Educational Requirements:
- Required: PhD in Life Sciences (Oncology, Hematology, Radiopharm, or related fields)
- Preferred: Postdoctoral research experience in a relevant therapeutic area
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Clinical Trial Manager Role:
- Support Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers in daily project activities.
- Communicate and collaborate on global clinical study operations.
- Compile and maintain project-specific reports using clinical trial management systems.
- Interact with internal teams, sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee regulatory filing systems and ensure quality control of documentation.
- Manage study supplies and support logistics throughout the trial lifecycle.
- Create and maintain project timelines to ensure timely deliverables.
- Coordinate and document project meetings, including preparation of minutes and action items.
Skills Required for the Associate Clinical Trial Manager Role:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
