As a Purification Associate, you will perform laboratory experiments to support process development, optimization, and protein purification, working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to advance biopharmaceutical innovation.

Educational Requirements for Associate Job Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences discipline.
Key Responsibilities for Associate Job Role:

Perform laboratory experiments to support process development and improvement.

Execute purification and analytical studies independently with minimal supervision.

Work collaboratively with multiple departments on cross-functional projects.

Organize and analyze data from process development studies.

Maintain compliance with laboratory safety protocols.

Work in a cold room (5°C) environment as required.

Safely handle and move liquid media/buffers (10–100 lbs) using assistive devices.
Skills Required for Associate Job Role:

Hands-on experience with protein purification and chromatography systems (AKTA Explorer/Pure).

Familiarity with cell culture processes preferred.

Experience troubleshooting laboratory systems and methods.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to perform routine laboratory operations independently.

Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Physical capability to work in cold environments and handle manual lifts (10–100 lbs).
