- BS in biochemistry, biology, or related field, OR
- AS in related fields with 2+ years of laboratory experience.

Biochemistry Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Perform GMP manufacturing of DNA-modifying enzymes at varying scales, adhering to established production schedules.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a scientific team.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving initiatives.
- Edit and revise work instructions and SOPs.
- Assist in investigations to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct process analyses, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
- Maintain lab supplies, equipment, and reagents.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting to 40 lbs. and standing during processes.
Biochemistry Specialist Skills:
- Strong laboratory, research, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and reasoning capabilities.
