Biological Science Job Description
The Associate Production Scientist will play a vital role in the safe and efficient production of life science products. You will be directly involved in manufacturing, evaluating, and improving products in accordance with established protocols, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset to support both departmental and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform safe operations to meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure quality at every stage of the production process.
- Complete assigned tasks to achieve departmental goals within deadlines.
- Participate in quality audits as required.
- Apply scientific knowledge to improve processes within change control procedures.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
Biological Science Job – Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or related Science discipline.
Experience and Skills
- Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
- Strong communication (oral and written).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $27.00 – $46.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and skills).
