Educational Requirements:
- Masterโs degree in Molecular & Cell Biology OR
- Bachelorโs degree in Biology or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on lab experience in molecular or cell biology
- Strong understanding of cell culture, molecular workflows, and complex scientific techniques
Key Responsibilities of Biology Jobs:
- Perform routine experimental work following SOPs
- Support cell line generation and cell-based assay development
- Follow written procedures and identify deviations from standard practices
- Maintain and operate laboratory instruments
- Contribute to departmental goals and overall lab operations
- Perform tasks in compliance with GLP, GMP, and company SOPs
- Work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams
- Assist other departments when required
- Work occasional weekends/holidays/overtime as needed
Skills Required for the Molecular Biology Job:
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
- Knowledge of molecular biology, assays, and instrumentation
- Ability to quickly learn new lab techniques and equipment
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
