Educational Requirements for the Scientist Role:
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree in Biology, or related field with 1โ2 years relevant experience
OR - Masterโs degree in a related discipline

Preferred Knowledge:
- Fundamental understanding of LC-MS method development
- Familiarity with drug development workflows and regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities of the Scientist:
- Develop and optimize LC-MS analytical methods
- Perform bioanalytical sample preparation and analysis
- Document procedures following company and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in assay design, troubleshooting, and experimental execution
- Lead laboratory or cross-functional projects as needed
- Provide training and act as a technical resource
- Analyze data for quality assurance and upload results to LIMS
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory instruments
- Prepare buffers, reagents, and required analytical solutions
Skills Required for the Scientist Role:
- Strong technical expertise in LC-MS instrumentation, troubleshooting, and data interpretation
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and bioanalytical techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing/walking, and performing tasks requiring close visual focus
- Comfort working in environments with occasional cold exposure
