About the Role
The R&D Engineer I will assist in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. The role involves compiling, analyzing, and reporting operational data to establish performance standards for new designs or modifications.
Responsibilities
- Undertake and complete project/product development tasks
- Invent and design new products/processes
- Coordinate engineering tests and experiments
- Apply technical development methodologies
- Prepare reports/documentation
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Experience with medical device industry standards
- Minimum 3 months of R&D experience
- Prior internship/co-op experience with Boston Scientific
Preferred:
- Strong communications and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer-aided design using SolidWorks
Compensation
Minimum Salary: $ 58,200
Maximum Salary: $ 110,500
