- Job Posting: Intern – Biotechnologist
- Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture, and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
- Operate bioreactors, centrifuges, and prepare buffers and reagents
- Responsible for data analysis and processing of cell culture experiments
- Responsible for the purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and size exclusion chromatography
- Formulate appropriate purification scheme according to order requirements
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or related courses
- Solid foundation in Molecular Biology and Cell Biology
- Strong sense of achievement and ability to perform under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
