Job Description
Paceยฎ is seeking a Lab Technician 1 – Extractions to join the environmental testing laboratory in Westborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work in the sample preparation department, supporting critical laboratory processes while receiving complete training to develop your career in laboratory sciences.
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM โ 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Support laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance
- Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases
- Participate in training on lab support policies, programs, and practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associateโs or Bachelorโs degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science, with chemistry credit hours preferred
- Ability to work in a laboratory/office setting, remain standing for long periods, and wear PPE (all provided by Paceยฎ)
- Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting preferred, but not required
