Job Description:
The Development Scientist I will support the operation of the Development Pilot Lab, focusing on building and transferring lots for Verification/Validation studies into manufacturing. This role involves production assistance, liaising between Development and production, and contributing to future development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in immunoassay development and commercialization
- Execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project timelines
- Ensure smooth transfer of products into manufacturing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related)
- 0+ years of laboratory experience
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices and scientific methods
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in clinical, research, or diagnostic settings
- Working knowledge of basic statistical methods
Compensation:
Hourly range: $32-34.25, bonus/incentive pay, comprehensive benefits package
