Your Role:
In this role at MilliporeSigma, you will work within the Contract Testing, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CTDMO) in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for process development and optimization for external customers in the field of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) or other Antibody Conjugates. The position involves problem-solving, adhering to project timelines, and contributing to documentation for method qualification and transfer into GMP manufacturing and quality control organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in process and analytical development
- Perform troubleshooting and provide efficient and innovative solutions
- Support transfer to GMP manufacturing for Job Opportunity
- Document experimental results and communicate with stakeholders
- Lead project teams and ensure project deliverables are on time and of high quality
- Scout for new technologies and consider quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and safety requirements when planning project activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field with relevant research experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in chromatography, ultrafiltration, or reaction kinetics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital documentation systems for BSc MSc PhD Job Opportunity
