Job Description
As part of the Cell Therapy Process Development team, you will play a vital role in advancing CAR-T cell manufacturing processes. You will design, execute, and analyze experiments that optimize and characterize cell therapy production. This lab-based position offers the chance to collaborate across functions, contribute to critical therapeutic advancements, and be part of a company recognized for its passion, innovation, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute scale-down and full-scale process development experiments.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret data using statistical tools (JMP preferred).
- Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN).
- Author experimental protocols and technical reports.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and laboratory best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- BS or MS in cell biology, bioengineering, or related field with 2-5 years industry experience.
- Proficiency in mammalian or primary cell culture.
- Strong data analysis and statistical interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and scientific writing abilities.
- Experience in process development, cell therapy manufacturing, and/or process characterization is preferred.
