About the Role
ICON is seeking an In-House Clinical Research Associate to join the team in Mechelen. As an IHCRA, you will support the execution and management of clinical trials to advance innovative treatments and therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in planning, initiating, and executing clinical trial activities
- Conducting site feasibility assessments and participating in site selection processes
- Coordinating with investigative sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring study progress and data collection activities for quality and accuracy
- Assisting in preparing and reviewing study documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in clinical research preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and effective task prioritization
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
