Description
Syneos Health is seeking a CRA I (Sponsor Dedicated) in Athens to conduct monitoring of clinical research studies, ensure compliance with protocols, and maintain data integrity.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies.
- Develop tools and processes to ensure quality monitoring and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with study teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Provide guidance and training to lower-level professionals
- Maintain documentation of monitoring activities and findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
- Previous experience in clinical research preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Certifications
Certification in clinical research (e.g., CCRP, CCRA) preferred but not required.
Necessary Skills
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
