Description

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA I (Sponsor Dedicated) in Athens to conduct monitoring of clinical research studies, ensure compliance with protocols, and maintain data integrity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies.
  • Develop tools and processes to ensure quality monitoring and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with study teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and training to lower-level professionals
  • Maintain documentation of monitoring activities and findings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
  • Previous experience in clinical research preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Certifications

Certification in clinical research (e.g., CCRP, CCRA) preferred but not required.

Necessary Skills

  • Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
