Duties of Clinical Research Coordinator:
- Oversee subject recruitment and study enrollment goals.
- Determine effective strategies for promoting/recruiting research participants.
- Develop and manage data collection systems.
- Lead team meetings and supervise new staff or students.
- Audit operations for compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and study sponsors.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and develop study budgets.
Qualifications for Clinical Research Coordinator Job:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in clinical research, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, research protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications: Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform various physical tasks.
