Job Summary
The Assoc Dir, Clinical Research Scientist is responsible for providing clinical research support for assigned programs within Clinical, collaborating closely with physicians based on phase or therapeutic area.
Essential Functions of the Jobย
- Development of protocols for clinical studies
- Preparation of clinical development plans
- Drafting clinical scientific documents for regulatory submissions
- Monitoring and summarizing safety and efficacy data
- Study design for exploratory development
- Leading clinical matrix teams as Clinical Research
- Representing exploratory development on project teams
- Building relationships with consultants
- Abstract writing and data presentation at scientific meetings
- Serving as a liaison to project teams and CRO’s
Qualifications for Clinical Research Scientist Job:
- Degree in scientific/life-sciences field. Pharm.D. or Ph.D. preferred
- 2-4 years of research experience with at least 1 year of drug development experience
- Prior Oncology Drug Development experience desirable
- Strong multitasking capabilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
