Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products, as well as water, air, and surfaces.

Perform validations related to Cleaning & Sanitization (C&S).

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.

Analyze and interpret KPIs to drive quality improvements.

Use SAP for product and raw material micro release.

Investigate out-of-specification results and document appropriately.

Provide micro awareness and aseptic sampling training to technicians.

Support the implementation of Global Quality Standards at the facility.
Required Qualifications For Colgate Microbiologist Job:

B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field

1+ year of practical microbiology laboratory experience
-
Knowledge of lab tools: incubators, autoclaves, microscopes, etc.

Practical experience in a GLP-compliant lab setting

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $51,200.00 – $77,500.00 USD
