Shift: Day Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary Range: $30.30 – $49.34 / hour (based on qualifications and experience)

Overview:

Role Purpose:
As a Cytotechnologist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering timely, accurate, and life-saving laboratory results. You will be a key member of a highly respected pathology team, helping ensure diagnostic precision through expert specimen evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, stain, and screen GYN and non-GYN specimens for cytological examination.

  • Participate in fine needle aspiration procedures on/off campus.

  • Maintain quality control standards across all instrumentation and staining protocols.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold excellence in lab operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in life science or related field

  • Certification: CT-ASCP or equivalent (or eligibility for certification)

  • Experience: Less than 2 years (new grads welcome!)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of cytology experience

  • Previous lab-based supervisor exposure (optional)
