Job Description
As a Manufacturing Intern at Mondelēz International, you will have the opportunity to work on practical, value-added projects, gaining hands-on experience in our integrated supply chain. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our production processes while driving operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Own overall quality and process engineering results for assigned production lines.

Ensure food safety compliance by implementing HACCP and GMP standards.

Test raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished goods per SOPs.

Optimize production schedules and provide leadership for efficiency improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational projects.

Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive action programs.

Coordinate allergen validations, cleaning verifications, and sensory panels.

Manage calibration of lab equipment, sampling, and external lab testing.

Research and propose new analytical methods to improve reliability.

Handle hold-and-release processes for raw materials and products related to food safety complaints.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Biology, or related sciences.

Expected graduation: Dec 2026 – May 2027.
