Internship Overview
As part of the U.S. Wellness Medical & Scientific Affairs team, interns will support projects that strengthen the evidence base for trusted wellness brands like Centrum, Emergen-C, Benefiber, and Caltrate. During the Food Science Internship 2026, you will:

Collaborate with scientists and external researchers on business priorities.

Conduct literature reviews and evaluate scientific evidence.

Monitor nutrition and wellness trends to support innovation.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, marketing, and product development.

Translate consumer insights into product claims and communication strategies.
Basic Requirements:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Food Science.
- Demonstrated self-starter, analytical, and adaptable qualities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; scientific writing experience. preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at the Warren, NJ office for the duration of the internship.
- Previous industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
