Food Technology Jobs- Role:
As a Future Talent – Junior Cheese Technologist, you will be part of Tetra Pak’s ambitious Cheese and Powder Division, supporting the development and optimization of cheddar and mozzarella production lines. You will learn, test, and apply advanced cheese manufacturing processes while collaborating with engineering, operations, and sales teams to deliver tailored technical solutions to global customers. This position is designed to help you grow into a future Cheese Technology Expert, with structured mentoring, international exposure, and career progression within Tetra Pak.
Microbiology Jobs- Key Responsibilities
- Learn about cheese equipment technology (cheese vats, cheddaring machines, blockformers, cooker-stretchers, etc.).
- Support equipment commissioning, production optimization, and handover of cheese lines.
- Assist customers in setting machine parameters and fine-tuning cheese-making recipes.
- Collaborate with technologists across categories like fresh, hard, and pasta filata cheeses.
- Deliver technical training sessions for customers and Tetra Pak teams.
- Help sales teams by presenting value-added cheese processing solutions.
- Participate in site audits, surveys, and process improvement activities.
- Support contract drafting and customer discussions.
Food Science Jobs- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Microbiology.
- Graduated between May 2024 and June 2026.
- Knowledge of cheese manufacturing, milk processing, and cheese line equipment preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
