The Quality Control team is dedicated to developing and validating methodologies using state-of-the-art technology, and is responsible for ensuring that all production lots and materials meet the required quality standards, supporting regulatory compliance, and promoting operational excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing in a timely manner, adhering to scheduled plans.
- Perform tasks per cGMP and HSE requirements and relevant procedures.
- Accurately record all raw data, calculations, and task-related information to meet data integrity standards.
- Ensure qualification and training are current for all assigned analytical testing.
- Conduct a QC data review of tests executed by other analysts promptly.
- Report any quality or HSE events (e.g., deviations, OOS) to managers for timely investigation and impact assessment.
- Actively participate in investigations and execute related CAPAs.
- Maintain lab instruments and facilities in a state that ensures quality and safety compliance.
- Contribute to remediation plans related to inspection readiness and deviation management.
- Perform tasks in the QC lab and follow proper gowning protocols when entering controlled environments.
- Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience, or
- Associate’s Degree with 2-4 years relevant experience, or
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a GMP lab environment.
- Experience with Environmental Monitoring and Water Testing.
- Familiarity with lab-based data management systems.
- Strong experience in a QC laboratory.
Special Working Conditions:
- Work in a lab with minimal chemical exposure.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
- May require passing a vision exam and using proper gowning protocols.
