Freshers Clinical Research Job Summary

Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, provides assistance on clinical research studies, including recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; performing clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKGs, etc.; maintaining and updating data generated by the study.

Freshers Clinical Research Job – Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and evaluate patients for clinical trials
  • Obtain consent and collect patient data
  • Perform clinical procedures (phlebotomy, ECG, vitals, sample collection)
  • Support regulatory documentation and QA activities
  • Assist with data entry, grant documentation, and systematic reviews
  • Maintain inventory and monitor study-specific equipment
  • Collaborate with investigators, patients, and internal teams

Freshers Clinical Research Job – Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field (grace period of up to 6 months post-hire allowed)
  • Experience: 0–1 year in clinical research preferred
  • Skills:
    • Attention to detail & strong organization
    • Good communication & interpersonal skills
    • Basic clinical research protocols knowledge
    • Computer proficiency
