Job Description
The Lab Analyst will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests and analyses to support clinical research studies. This role plays a vital part in maintaining data accuracy, adhering to protocols, and ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory. The position is full-time and onsite at ICONโs Lenexa, KS location.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols.
- Record and document test results accurately to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting when necessary.
- Support quality control activities by reviewing and verifying test results.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- 0โ2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in clinical research.
