Job Description
IQVIA is seeking a COA Clinical Project Support Specialist to provide comprehensive project-related support and assistance for assigned clinical projects. This role involves working on large-scale, complex projects, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including files, records, and reports, in line with SOPs.
- Assist with periodic file audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and track communications, documents, materials, and supplies for projects.
- Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, and timelines with project-specific information.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in project data, expenses, and financial figures.
- Prepare and distribute project status, tracking, and finance reports.
- Assist project managers with budget allocation and invoice approvals.
- Prepare meeting presentations and project summary data.
- Coordinate logistics for project team and client meetings.
- Collaborate with project support staff to consolidate support processes.
- Serve as a backup contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Undertake project management activities under the direction of project managers.
- Mentor and train junior project support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree in life sciences or related field (preferred).
- 0โ2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing eCOA or electronic software is a plus.
- Previous project management experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
