Freshers Lab Technician Job Description
This is an onsite, full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., entry-level Lab Technician 1 position located in Duluth, MN.
Responsibilities
- Support all laboratory sample-related activities including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance
- Maintain and update relevant documentation and databases
- Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Microbiology or Biology
- Ability to work in a lab or office setting, including standing for long periods, working around strong smells, and wearing personal protective equipment
- Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred
