Freshers Life Sciences Scientist Job – Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Scientist, you will contribute to the discovery and characterization of next-generation antibody-based therapies by:
- Conducting experiments in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and display technologies (phage display, ELISA, SPR, SDS-PAGE).
- Planning and executing experimental protocols independently with accuracy and proper documentation.
- Analyzing data and providing reliable technical support to antibody discovery teams.
- Participating in project teams, proactively organizing your workload based on shifting priorities.
- Learning and sharing new techniques to support a dynamic R&D pipeline.
Freshers Life Sciences Scientist Job – Required Expertise
We are seeking motivated individuals with:
- A Bachelor’s or Masterโs degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- 0โ3 years of relevant lab-based industry experience.
- Experience in phage display, immunoassays, or protein biochemistry is an asset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), strong documentation and communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit with flexibility, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
