Freshers Life Sciences Scientist Job – Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Scientist, you will contribute to the discovery and characterization of next-generation antibody-based therapies by:

  • Conducting experiments in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and display technologies (phage display, ELISA, SPR, SDS-PAGE).
  • Planning and executing experimental protocols independently with accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Analyzing data and providing reliable technical support to antibody discovery teams.
  • Participating in project teams, proactively organizing your workload based on shifting priorities.
  • Learning and sharing new techniques to support a dynamic R&D pipeline.

Freshers Life Sciences Scientist Job – Required Expertise

We are seeking motivated individuals with:

  • A Bachelor’s or Masterโ€™s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • 0โ€“3 years of relevant lab-based industry experience.
  • Experience in phage display, immunoassays, or protein biochemistry is an asset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), strong documentation and communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit with flexibility, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
